If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.
Next Day Deliveries
Next Day delivery is Monday-Thursday if you order before 15:00. All orders after 3pm Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday.
What if I’m not in?
If you’re not in when your items are delivered they will usually be taken to your local sorting office (or depot if a courier is used) and a card will be put through your door. A signature will usually be required to receive or collect an order. If you need to check on the status of an order you can email email@example.com. We will endevour to respond to your email within 24 – 48 hours.
Parcel Returned to us – Undelivered
When you make your order you can fill in your shipping address separately from your billing, how please be careful that you are entering a correct shipping address either on our website or via paypal as any undelivered items are subject to a return carriage fee of £9.90. this includes items not collected from the post office and refused deliveries.
We will contact you when the item is returned to arrange payment of the return fee and reshipping

We reserve the right not to deliver to countries other than the UK. If we can’t deliver your order your payment will be refunded. Additional postage costs may be incurred we will notify you of the costs via email.
